Do you have enough Boron in your current diet?

Boron is an essential trace mineral for health maintenance and freedom from disease that has largely been ignored. It is crucial, and as a health supplement, can have profoundly beneficial effects.

Elemental Boron works very well in alleviating arthritis and preventing osteoporosis due to its crucial role of calcium integration into the cartilage and bone. This is important for all of us as we age, even if we do not have arthritis. Aging is partly associated with weakening of the bones as they become increasingly porous - adequate Boron can prevent this aging effect.

Organic 3 Boron is paired with glycinate to deliver a valid form of Boron. Keep in mind Boron is a trace mineral that should be taken following the suggested daily doses. We highly recommend the purchase of our mini-measuring spoon set to measure the correct amount for your needs accurately.

See this link for more information.

 Important note:

If you are using Wake Up Maggie, you may not need to add more boron to your routine.Wake Up Maggie contains 1.5 mg of boron glycinate per serving. Most recommendations suggest 3-5 mg daily; there is currently no RDA for this mineral.

Boron can be found in many foods, including raisins, avocado, brazil nuts, prunes, and apricots.Beans, legumes and dried fruits are also good food sources of boron.

Our soils are depleted of natural minerals because of commercial farming and chemicals.

Look for Organic or local sources of these foods to ensure the best care is taken to grow these foods and reap the nutritional benefits.
