Wake Up Maggie's unique blend of magnesium is offered 120 capsule size.



Sensitive individuals: 1 capsule daily, may increase slowly if needed

Adults: 4 capsules daily *as a general recommendation we suggest starting out with 2 capsules and work up to 4 daily- take 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon

Athletes: 4-8 capsules daily *starting with 2 daily and work up to the desired dose based on activity

Children over 5: 2 capsules daily * starting with one capsule and work up to 2 daily

The capsule may be opened up and added to smoothies, yogurt or applesauce

Under 5 years old: Not recommended as it can cause excitability


Wake Up Maggie should be taken with food, breakfast or lunch is ideal. Do not take in the late afternoon or evening, as it may disrupt sleep.



Storage: Store in a cool, dry area, away from direct light.
