Has EVCLO been tested to ensure it is free from toxins?

Laboratories examined the oil for persistent organic pollutants (POPs), including pesticides (such as DDT), industrial chemicals (such as polychlorinated biphenyls, PCBs), and unintentional by-products of industrial processes (such as dioxins and furans).
Rosita also tests for heavy metals and microbiological contamination.
The test results for Rosita EVCLO have consistently come back with deficient contaminants and are fully compliant with stringent European Commission and WHO rules on environmental pollutants. The deep fjords of Northern Norway are some of the cleanest and purest ocean waters in the world.

Universities and government-linked research scientists, some of whom are involved in monitoring the quality of all fish oils, have had an interest and analyzed Rosita oils.
Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil, like all raw foods from animals, will never be completely free of contaminants. Prop 65 in California calls for levels of pollutants in fish liver oils to meet a standard.
Rosita can meet this standard and does not use high heat molecular distillation like other fish oil companies. This heat can strip cod liver oil of all of nearly its naturally occurring vitamins A and D. Rosita is genuinely unique in this way, and the result is extra-virgin raw cod liver oil.
As a result, EVCLO will pass the stringent European contaminant restrictions and U.S. testing.
Rosita has met all of these standards and is Prop 65 compliant.
