Shipping Policy

GutPro®, Primal Gut, and Yeastbiotic™ 

Probiotics (except Primal Soil) ship Monday-Wednesday using 2-day service.  Please have your probiotic orders in by 9:00 AM Wednesday in order to receive by Friday.  Note: Holidays may interupt service time. 

Organic 3 probiotics are freeze-dried, so they hold up well to warm temperatures. If it is above 95°F in your area at the time of ordering, we recommend shipping the probiotic with our optional Dry Ice Shipper. This will provide significant protection from excessive heat. Please note: We cannot ship dry ice to a P.O. box.

We also offer a Cold Pack Shipper, which adds one or more ice packs (depending on the size of the order) and insulated packaging. These ice packs are not designed to stay cold the entire shipment process, but do provide adequate protection against potency loss. If the temperature is above 70°F, the ice packs may arrive warm, or even hot. This is normal and expected, but does not reduce the potency.

Ship Monday-Friday using ground service.


Nutritional Oils

Nutritional oils such as Rosita Extra-Virgin Cod Liver Oil (EVCLO), Rosita Ratfish Liver Oil and Walkabout Emu Oil should not be shipped with dry ice, and will be packaged and shipped separately using ground service.  Oils ship Monday-Friday using ground service.

EVCLO normally ships via ground service and can safely travel without ice (heat does not impact unopened EVCLO).  

In General

We use a combination of USPS, UPS and FedEx, depending on various factors. If you place an order that only includes books, we reserved the right  to ship the order via USPS media mail.

Our goal is to get your package to you in the most efficient manner using the most cost effective method. The average shipment should arrive between 4-10 days. If you have not received your order by 10 days, please feel free to contact us via email:

Orders being shipped to FPO, APO and P.O. Boxes are delivered via USPS, regardless of weight.

Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.

Please note: We cannot guarantee the speed of package delivery, nor can we guarantee the date of delivery.
